Music Is Our Family Business

In this photo you see my husband, David Campbell, my step-son, Beck, me and my daughter, Alyssa Suede. We're all musicians. I'm fourth generation composer. On my mother's side, my Great Grandfather, Josef Vezina, founded the Quebec Symphony. My grandfather, Raoul Vezina, was a trumpet player in Quebec and was the leader of a marching band. My father, Frigon Louis Frechette, was an accomplished theatre and concert organist. He played the Chicago Stadium organ for the Black Hawk games.

Here I am playing a concert grand. I love composing on my grand piano. Although I also play guitar and violin, piano is my favorite instrument to compose music on.
